With more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lindi brings a unique blend of operational excellence, people leadership, and strategic marketing insight to Limitless Real Estate.

 

Originally from South Africa and proudly calling New Zealand home for over 25 years, Lindi’s strong academic foundation includes an Honours degree in Organisational Psychology. Her early career in HR, recruitment, and consulting across national organisations shaped her deep understanding of people, performance, and business systems.

 

Over her real estate career, Lindi has supported and led across sales, operations, office management, and property management. She has developed extensive expertise in compliance, marketing coordination, business systems, customer experience, and high-level team support. Known for her calm leadership style, exceptional organisation, and ability to streamline processes, Lindi has become a trusted and central figure in every team she has worked with.

 

In her role at Limitless Real Estate, Lindi leads the operational and marketing functions of the business, ensuring seamless systems, a strong and consistent brand presence, and an elevated customer experience. As a licensed salesperson, she brings valuable frontline understanding to support both the team and the clients they serve.
